Breakfast Buffet

A pleasant stay includes a good breakfast. At the start of the day we would like to celebrate this most important meal of the day together with you. We try to offer all products in ORGANIC, insofar as this is possible for us. We endeavour to offer our guests healthy, varied and NATURAL products.

The breakfast buffet consists of different islands and includes:

- a choice of juices from at least 3 cooled juices
- the egg in all its variations as the centre of the breakfast
- an organic muesli corner / selection
- cereals for children and adults
- fresh fruit and fruit salad
- vegetables
- milk
- curd, choice of yoghurts
- rice pudding, semolina pudding, many different flavours of pudding
- Tea and coffee specialities
- varieties of drinking chocolate
- cheese, sausage, ham, selection
- smoked fish platter with salmon, trout fillet and other fish delicacies
- selection of bread (also wholemeal)
- sweet baked items, puff pastry
- snacks
- selection of premium marmalades, 6 varieties
- best honey
- mineral water
- a glass of sparkling wine to start off
